- Deputy General Manager (HR & Admin):
- Must be a BAS officer with at least 12 years of experience, OR
- A retired IAS officer, OR
- A retired BAS officer who held the position of Deputy Secretary.
Salary & Benefits:
Selected candidates will receive a salary based on their last drawn pay minus pension, along with applicable dearness allowances. Other benefits will be provided as per company rules, but no terminal benefits will be given to retired employees.

- Candidates will be selected through a walk-in interview conducted by a committee.

- The contract will be for three years, with the possibility of extension up to 67 years, depending on performance and company requirements.
